We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse.

European Union
EU orders are fulfilled from our EU warehouse in Spain.

US orders are normally fulfilled from our US warehouse.

Asia
Orders to supported Asian destinations are fulfilled from our UK warehouse and sent using a tracked international service.
International Tracked Shipping: £14.99, or the local-currency equivalent shown at checkout
Estimated delivery: typically 5–10 working days after dispatch
We currently ship to China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your parcel has been dispatched.
Customs, duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may occasionally extend delivery times.
Delivery addresses

Delays and lost parcels
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, severe weather or circumstances outside our control. If your parcel is significantly delayed or you believe it has been lost, please contact us with your order number so that we can investigate.
